Welcome to IPTV Max – Stream TV & Movies ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPTV Max, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of the App

IPTV Max is a media player application that allows users to stream Live TV channels, movies, and series using their own IPTV service credentials (Xtream Codes or M3U). The App does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Users must provide their own IPTV subscription from a third-party provider.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

IPTV Max offers the following in-app purchase options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. Provides full access to all premium features including unlimited Live TV channels, full Movies & Series library, multi-device streaming, and an ad-free experience.

• Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free Trial

IPTV Max may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period expires, you will need an active subscription to continue using premium features. The trial is limited to one per Apple ID.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Provide your own valid IPTV service credentials to access streaming content.

• Not use the App to access unauthorized, pirated, or illegal content.

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.

6. Content Disclaimer

IPTV Max is a player application only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content accessed through third-party IPTV services. The availability, quality, and legality of content is the sole responsibility of the user and their IPTV service provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Max and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
